Registration Policy and Identification

Please check-in promptly upon arrival at the Ducks Unlimited convention registration desk located in Grand Ballroom Foyer. Please wear your name badge to gain access to all convention functions. Gala-only registration does not provide access to convention events earlier in the week (hospitality or social events). Should you wish to upgrade your registration, please visit the DU registration help desk.

Cancellation Policy

The full amount of your convention registration fee will be refunded if written cancellation notice is received no later than Monday, May 18th, 2026. After this date, refunds will not be possible. Tours are also not refundable after Monday, May 18th, 2026.
